Never judge a book by it's cover!

This is an unusual post for me to be sending. I always ask you to visit my site and let you know about what I'm up to. This time is a little different. Someone sent me a video link today that totally amazed me. It's a clip from the TV show "Britain's Got Talent" and a contestant named Susan Boyle. Susan is someone that just by looking at her, you wouldn't think she could do what she claims to do in the video. Not only will these videos amaze you but, I'm sure you'll want to forward these links to your friends. How many employees do you have that haven't let their true potential shine through in their work? How many need just a little encouragement to do better? What does your company do to show their employees that they are appreciated? Are you doing something to motivate everyone, even the people you don't expect much out of or just a chosen few? Are you planning an event that everyone will enjoy? With a golf outing you'll find a good percent of your employees don't golf. With a casino night everyone is as various tables and some don't gamble. They'll show up to make the boss happy and leave. You didn't motivate them at all and you wonder why they don't do better in their jobs. Once again, never judge a book by it's cover. You have many employees in your company that are just waiting to show you their true potential if you only motivate them to do so!!!
